We offer workspaces in the Activities House and the Big House.
Sleeping and rest areas
We offer sleeping and relaxation spaces for up to 35 people in the Big house (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, terrace), Little house (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms), and North house (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, terrace).
Lake area
A recreational complex gives an access to the lake area with the equipment for your best water and sun experience (sunbeds, boats, sups).
Grill zone
Lounge areas on outdoor terraces and a grill zone provide you with the cooking tools such as 2 Kamado Bono, barbecue grills, a cauldron, and other cooking equipment.
Catering
If needed, we will also take care of catering for your workation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the local Šiaurys cooks, who have impressed hundreds of guests with the tasty flavors of homemade meals. For tasting dinners on the lakeshore or in the forest, and for cooking workshops, we can offer the country’s most renowned chefs.

Worth knowing
- Only the entire recreation complex is available for rent, i.e., the entire 3-hectare peninsula with all houses and all spaces.
- The price depends on the season, the number of nights and the number of guests.
- In total, we have 15 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
- All amenities within the Šiaurys territory are included in the rental price (no additional fees!).
- Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 11 am.
- Fast internet available.
